Ingredients:
- 150 g of All-Purpose Flour
- 3 g of Baking Powder
- 2 g of Salt
- 50 g of Brown Sugar
- 50 ml Honey
- 110 ml ELAIESE Red Palm Oil
- 60 g of Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 170 degree Celsius. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Whisk together the brown sugar, honey, and red palm oil in another bowl until combined.
- Fold in the flour mixture into the wet ingredients slowly and add in the chocolate chips.
- Roll 1 tsp of cookie dough into balls and place them evenly spaced on the prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake the cookie dough in preheated oven for approximately 10-15 minutes.
- Let the baked cookies sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing it to a cooling rack.
