Serves: 2 – 3 people
Ingredients:
- 4 Bananas (mashed)
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 80 g of Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 1 ½ tbsp ELAIESE Red Palm Oil
- 80 g of Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150 g of All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- 100 g of Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. Line a rectangle baking tin with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Add the milk, melted butter, red palm oil, sugar and eggs into the bowl. Mix using a whisk.
- Sift in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into the banana mixture. Fold gently until well combined.
- Add in the chocolate chips and transfer the banana mixture into the baking tin.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a metal skewer comes out clean when you put it in the middle of the cake.
