Serves: 2 – 3 people
Ingredients:
- 1 clove of Garlic (chopped)
- 10g of Fresh Sweet Basil Leaves (finely chopped)
- 10g of Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp ELAIESE Red Palm Oil
- 160g of Salted Butter
Instructions:
- Leave the butter out at room temperature until soften.
- Add the chopped garlic, fresh herbs and red palm oil into the butter and mix gently.
- Pour the butter mixture onto a cling wrap and roll it. Tie both ends tightly.
- Refrigerate the butter overnight.
- Serve with bread.
