Compound Butter with Bread

Tantalize your tastebuds with this simple and easy compound butter recipe using ELAIESE’s red palm oil. Definitely a feast for the eyes and mouth!

Serves: 5 people

Ingredients :

  • 1 clove Garlic (chopped)
  • 10g Fresh Sweet Basil Leaves (chopped)
  • 10g Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Elaiese
  • 160g Salted Butter

Instructions

  1. First, leave the butter out at room temperature until it softens.
  2. Once the butter has softened, add the chopped garlic, the sweet basil leaves, fresh parsley, and ELAIESE red palm oil into the butter and mix gently.
  3. Pour the butter mixture onto a cling wrap and roll it. Tie both ends tightly.
  4. Refrigerate the butter overnight.
  5. Serve with bread.
