Ingredients :
- 1 clove Garlic (chopped)
- 10g Fresh Sweet Basil Leaves (chopped)
- 10g Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Elaiese
- 160g Salted Butter
Instructions
- First, leave the butter out at room temperature until it softens.
- Once the butter has softened, add the chopped garlic, the sweet basil leaves, fresh parsley, and ELAIESE red palm oil into the butter and mix gently.
- Pour the butter mixture onto a cling wrap and roll it. Tie both ends tightly.
- Refrigerate the butter overnight.
- Serve with bread.
