ELAIESE Chocolate Chip Cookies

Difficulty: Easy

Serves: 2 – 3 people

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 g of Baking Powder
  • 2 g of Salt
  • 50 g of Brown Sugar
  • 50 ml Honey
  • 110 ml ELAIESE Red Palm Oil
  • 60 g of Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degree Celsius. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Whisk together the brown sugar, honey, and red palm oil in another bowl until combined.
  4. Fold in the flour mixture into the wet ingredients slowly and add in the chocolate chips.
  5. Roll 1 tsp of cookie dough into balls and place them evenly spaced on the prepared cookie sheets.
  6. Bake the cookie dough in preheated oven for approximately 10-15 minutes.
  7. Let the baked cookies sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing it to a cooling rack.
