Serves: 2 – 3 people
Ingredients:
- 50 g of Walnuts
- 50 g of Pecans
- 50 g of Cashew
- 50 g of Almonds
- 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 4 tbsp ELAIESE Red Palm Fruit Oil
- 3 stalks of Fresh Rosemary
- 3 stalks of Fresh Thyme
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions:
- Line a small tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Toast the nuts on a non-stick pan over medium heat, constantly stirring to make sure the heat is evenly distributed.
- Once the nuts appear a shade darker and smell toasty, add in the brown sugar and stir constantly to ensure the sugar is well coated around the nuts.
- Add in the red palm oil, herbs, and salt. Stir constantly until all the nuts are well-mixed altogether.
- Transfer the mixture to the parchment-lined tray and place it into the refrigerator for an hour.
- Remove the nuts from the refrigerator and store the nuts in an air-tight glass container.
