Red Palm Mayonnaise

Difficulty: Easy

Serves: 2 – 3 people

Ingredients:

  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 ¼ tsp Salt
  • A pinch of White Pepper
  • 1 cup of ELAIESE Red Palm Oil

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the yolks in a bowl until slightly thicken and fluffy by hand or using a food processor for about 20 seconds.
  2. Add the lemon juice, salt and white pepper into the yolks and continue to whisk until well combined.
  3. Pour in the red palm oil little by little while whisking until about half of the oil has been added. Once it reaches a thick sauce consistency, pour in the remaining oil and whisk gently.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
