Serves: 2 – 3 people
Ingredients:
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 ¼ tsp Salt
- A pinch of White Pepper
- 1 cup of ELAIESE Red Palm Oil
Instructions:
- Whisk the yolks in a bowl until slightly thicken and fluffy by hand or using a food processor for about 20 seconds.
- Add the lemon juice, salt and white pepper into the yolks and continue to whisk until well combined.
- Pour in the red palm oil little by little while whisking until about half of the oil has been added. Once it reaches a thick sauce consistency, pour in the remaining oil and whisk gently.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
