Basil Baked Chicken with ELAIESE Red Palm Oil

Difficulty: Easy

Serves: 2 – 3 people

Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 3 tbsp ELAIESE Red Palm Oil
  • 3 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt & Black Pepper
  • 1 cup of Thai Fresh Basil (leaves)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degree Celsius.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with aluminium foil.
  3. Lightly brush the aluminium foil with red palm oil.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on the aluminium foil and lightly brush some red palm oil over on top of the chicken breasts. Pour in the sesame oil over on top of the chicken and season with some salt and pepper.
  5. Place the fresh basils on top of the chicken breasts.
  6. Bake the chicken breasts for 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked and ready to be served.
