Serves: 2 – 3 people
Ingredients:
- 240 g of Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 1 ½ tbsp ELAIESE Red Palm Oil
- 180 g of White Sugar
- 200 g of Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 130 g of All-Purpose Flour
- 100 g of Cocoa Powder
- ¾ tsp Salt
- 200 g of Chocolate Chunks
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the melted butter, red palm oil, and both sugars. Mix the mixture using a whisk by hand or an electric hand mixer.
- Add in the eggs one at a time and continue mixing until the mixture becomes fluffy and light in colour.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and salt into the mixture. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks into the mixture and transfer it to the baking tin.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, depending on how fudge you like your brownies to be and leave it to cool completely. Serve.
