Guacamole Tortilla Chips

Difficulty: Easy

Serves: 2 – 3 people

Ingredients:

  • 2 Avocados (peeled, pitted and mashed)
  • ½ cup of Red Onion (diced)
  • 1 clove of Garlic (minced)
  • 10 g of Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp ELAIESE Red Palm Oil
  • Salt for taste
  • Black Pepper for taste
  • 1 Tomato (seeds and pulp removed; diced)
  • Red Radish (sliced) for garnish
  • ½ packet of Tortilla Chips

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocados into half and put them in a mixing bowl. Mash the avocados leaving a little chunk in the bowl.
  2. Add the diced onion, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, red palm oil, salt and pepper into the bowl and continue to mix and mash some more.
  3. Diced the tomatoes and put in a separate bowl.
  4. Cover the guacamole with a plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent browning on the top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Just before serving, add the diced tomatoes into the guacamole and mix. Garnish with a few slices of red radish.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
