Difficulty: Easy
Serves: 2 – 3 people
Ingredients:
- 2 Avocados (peeled, pitted and mashed)
 - ½ cup of Red Onion (diced)
 - 1 clove of Garlic (minced)
 - 10 g of Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
 - 2 tbsp Lime Juice
 - 1 tbsp ELAIESE Red Palm Oil
 - Salt for taste
 - Black Pepper for taste
 - 1 Tomato (seeds and pulp removed; diced)
 - Red Radish (sliced) for garnish
 - ½ packet of Tortilla Chips
 
Instructions:
- Cut the avocados into half and put them in a mixing bowl. Mash the avocados leaving a little chunk in the bowl.
 - Add the diced onion, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, red palm oil, salt and pepper into the bowl and continue to mix and mash some more.
 - Diced the tomatoes and put in a separate bowl.
 - Cover the guacamole with a plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent browning on the top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
 - Just before serving, add the diced tomatoes into the guacamole and mix. Garnish with a few slices of red radish.
 - Serve with tortilla chips.
