A hearty meal for a healthy family, this Roasted Brussel Sprouts recipe will surely be a favorite – even with the most picky eaters!

Ingredients:
- 500 g Brussel Sprouts
- 5 tbsp ELAIESE Red Palm Oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 50 g Cranberries
- 30 g Pecans
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 210 degree Celsius.
- Slice off the nubby ends of the brussels sprouts and discard any damaged leaves. After that, cut each sprout into half from the flat base through the top.
- Combine the halved sprouts, red palm oil, salt and pepper on the baking dish. Toss the sprouts with a wooden spoon until they are all evenly coated.
- Roast the mixed sprouts for 20-25 minutes until the sprouts are tender and golden on the edges.
- Once the sprouts are tender and golden, take out from the oven and add the cranberries and pecans into the mixture and mix well.
